where have i been???

wow, been a while since i've posted here...sorry guys. everyday life just gets busier and busier!

so i'm now down 85.8 pounds. unfortunately, i'm starting to hit a bit of a wall. no plateau as of yet, but i'm getting to a point where i sabotage myself. i seem to constantly want to snack. argh. i'm really going to force myself to buckle down tho. no more snacking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i want to hit the 100lb lost mark by june 7. it's going to be tight.

boys are so cute. :)

i'm working on getting a pic of us to post so you can all see him....the whole 2 people who read my blog.......

well, i better get ready to go to spinning class. i'll try not to wait forever before posting again!

TOI Baby!!!!!




sooooooo much fun! i had a fantastic time!


for those of you who don't know what it is, it stands for Toronto Invasion. the gta was invaded by tonz of fellow WWers, including some from edmonton AB and brandon MB!!! (i love you guys btw!!!!)


the weekend started out with me driving from work in welland to toronto. should have been a simple thing....right guys? not for me. i'm special. i got very very lost. took me 3 freaken hours. i finally get there and we went to souther accents for dinner. very good! had 3 glasses of wine with dinner...not a good idea....but the waiter was cute! then we went to the pub where me and my long lost older twin (IzzyBear!!!!!) got very very drunk together and i got to play wingman! go me! then it was back to my car......to find 2 parking tickets. boooourns!


the next day we went to the CN tower for lunch and it was fantastic! some random little boy on the glass floor fell in love with me and attatched himself to my leg. it was cute...and creepy.


unfortunately, after all the fun i had to go home. so i did. at which time i decided i had blown my WW week so badly already that i wanted pizza for dinner. which i got and ate the leftovers on tuesday for lunch.


after all the food and booze, i managed to only gain.......


.8 of a pound! woot woot! go me!

yay!

woo hoo! down 78.8 pounds!!!!! i posted a new progress pic. i now officially weigh 190.6 lbs!!!!

and i'm buying a new car! i'm going this morning to look at a 2005 PT Cruiser....i'm quite excited.....

anywhoo, just a quick post cuz i gotta go look at the car! yay!!!!!!

another day....

well, valentine's day. i'm not sure if i'm humbugging it or not...ask me tomorrow! lol!

i had WI this morning and i was down 1. :) i was fairly worried as i had a bit of a munchy week. plus a girl quit at work so we went out friday night to say goodbye. but it's all good. still down this week! still in onederland! lol!

gotta work today. i'm thinking it's not gonna be that busy cuz of v-day. oh well i guess...

Finally in Onederland!!!!!!

yay! today's WI was one of the most exciting ever! i lost 1.4 for a grand total of 70.2!!!! and i am in onederland! i just squeaked in, i currently weigh 199.2! lol! i can't believe it! i need to find a good way to celebrate without using food! :D

woo hoo!!!!

alright guys! i'm back on track! i lost 4.6 pounds this week! i gained 4.8 over vacay so that's just about back where i was when i left! .6 of a pound to go until i hit onderland! i'm so excited! gonna get the BF to help me celebrate, but i dunno what we are gonna do yet. i wanna do something non food related. :)

i'm just over halfway thru my WW journey! (the losing part of it anyway!) then begins maintenance......but that's a while away, i'm not gonna stress about that just yet.

who feels like crap??

so guess what my favourite souvenir from my vacation is?

my raging uti. argh. went to the doctor today and got some antibiotics so it's getting a bit better already. can't wait till it's gone! but considering some ppl come back from vacay with malaria and hepatitis and god knows what else, i got off easy eh? lol

weigh in on thursday morning. did two workouts today, cyclefit in the a.m. and athletic hour (it's just random aerobics) at night. hopefully i can lose the weight i gained on vacay. i'm so close to onderland....if i could get there this week, that would be awesome! but we'll see. i'll be happy just lose some! :)
